Empowering Teenager Program 15+

Multi Health’s neuro-affirming transition to adulthood program focuses on building the knowledge you need to develop understanding of safe choices, boundaries, connections, relationships, communication, connections and your body. The program is suitable for people aged 15+. This transitional program created by Behavioural Practitioners teaches and facilitates education on fostering independence and self-efficacy.

This program will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. Multi Health will assist with sending through instructions on how to join and you will be provided with a Teams link once you've signed up! Group fortnightly sessions from 5:30pm - 7:30pm AEST time for four months.  Groups limited to four participants. Alternatively, you can have individual sessions on Friday’s. 

NDIS funding may generally be used if the family are self-managed or plan-managed.

 Yes, our program is also available to non-NDIS participants using Private Funding.

Chat with your plan manager/support co-ordinator for what is relevant to your situation. It is helpful to know that other families have told us they use the categories above. 

Parents often ask, “Can I please have a report for our NDIS plan review?” Rest assured; the answer is a resounding "Yes!" . We'll arrange that for you. No hidden fees - All reporting like this is already built into the standard program fee, so you will not be given an extra fee beyond the usual cost of the program.
