Transition to work program

Transition to Work supports NDIS participants who are school leavers to develop a core set of skills

  • communication
  • social skills
  • customer service
  • time management
  • numeracy and literacy
  • appropriate workplace behaviour
  • interview skills and preparing a CV
  • personal grooming and care


Multi Health is being audited to be a registered provider of SLES, we current support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants accessing SLES or our Transition to work program.

NDIS Supports category

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is funded under Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job in your NDIS plan.


Please note: We bill in line with the NDIS Price Guide, which generally increases annually.
