Multi Health is being audited to be a registered provider of SLES, we current support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants accessing SLES or our Transition to work program.

Our aim is to provide school leavers with a service that is not just beneficial but transformative. You will benefit from a mix of one-on-one support and group learning activities, with Multi Health and within the community.

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is funded under Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job in your NDIS plan.
Please note: We bill in line with the NDIS Price Guide, which generally increases annually.
